The Pig Story…or the story of Pig-Headedness
One day, a woman was driving down a treacherously curved road. While approaching an especially threatening curve, a large truck approached her in the opposite lane. While passing her, the truck driver leaned out his window and yelled Pig! Pig! The woman immediately took offense as she presumed to know why the truck driver had yelled.
She turned from the truck just in time to see herself smashing into a pig in the middle of the road!
The point is, as Albert Einstein said, “Your current state of mind brought you where you are now.” If you plan to improve your life or your health you must change roads, or at least change lanes. Drop any assumptions.
“You cannot correct a problem at the same level of thinking you were at when you created the problem.”
Every day, somebody will visit their doctor whose advice they were following for years, and he will tell them he’s afraid they have Cancer or some serious illness. TALE OF TWO BABIES

BABY #1
Prenatal Care:
Ultrasounds, amniocentesis, drugs (over the counter and prescription), frequent Doppler-monitoring impulses, possibly chemicals from an improper diet (caffeine, preservatives, additives, and artificial sweeteners), some delivery and baby care training. Excess weight on the spine but no chiropractic spinal care.
Delivery:
Performed in hospital in surgical setting, Demerol, Tylenol, Spinal Block, Epidural, Poison to induce labor, (Anesthesia for C-section), forceps, hard neck pull, vacuum extraction. Typically difficult births.
Immediately Post Delivery:
Vitamin K shot, Erythromycin or Silver Nitrate drops in the eyes, formula milk, or breast milk with drugs in it from the mother, circumcision.
First Days, Months, and Years:
Formula and cow’s milk, immunizations, antibiotics, tonsil or ear surgery, over the counter and prescription cold and flu medication, asprin, processed and preserved food and drinks.
RESULTS: Child typically has infections, colds, allergies, or other health problems.

Prenatal Care:
Proper nutrition, proper activity, infrequent heart monitoring, weighing and measuring to check progress, intense training and preparation for natural birth, classes on breastfeeding and care of the Newborn. Chiropractic care to establish proper nerve supply to reproductive organs and align the pelvis, which is housing the child.
Delivery:
In the birthing room or at home both with a Midwife or Doctor, who coaches the mother and gently guides the baby from the womb. (Hospital notified in case of emergency-unlikely).
Immediate Post Delivery:
Breast-feeding and bonding, spine checked by chiropractor.
First Days, Months, Years:
Breast milk, Chiropractic Adjustments, fruits and vegetables, grains added after 4-6 months. If child is sick, time is allotted to allow the body’s own immune system to heal the child.
RESULTS: Child typically glows with good health.

Prescription Medications, A Known Killer

There is a God, and it is not me
A famous medical doctor once challenged God by saying, “God, we don’t need You anymore. With cloning technology, synthetic foods and modern medicine, You have truly become obsolete. We are now our own God.”
God Replied, “If you are so confident you can live without me, how about a contest?” You take some dirt and I’ll take some dirt, and the first one to create a human wins.”
The prominent physician said, “Aha, you don’t stand a chance. You are on!”
With that, the doctor grabbed a handful of dirt. But before he got started, God said, “No, no, no you have to use your own dirt.”
Some five out of six people die from heart disease and cancer, and 400,000 people die each year due to the medical profession. But with approximately 6 million adjustments happening weekly, no one ever dies from one.
A Chiropractor’s Sad Story:
A woman came to us in her 40s, weighing 75 pounds soaking wet, and told us she felt she was dying and her doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her.
After her first adjustment, she made one statement, “I feel like I just got my life back.” During the next four weeks, she did better and better and gained more and more hope. However, the next two weeks she was back in the medical doctor’s offices because she was losing fluids and feeling weak.
The doctors analyzed and examined her. Finally, after much time and many dollars, they told her nothing was wrong with her. It was all in her head, and they prescribed her Zoloft, which is an antidepressant in the Prozac family. Because they thought she was crazy and not sick, they did not tell her to stop working. She went to work outside on a hot and humid day, lost too many fluids, and the electrolyte imbalance caused her to have a heart attack and die.
We lost our first patient, but not to disease,
to the narrow-minded medical theory of health.
- A medical examination either tells you nothing or tells you that you are already sick, which is too late. In either case, it may be wrong.
- With antidepressants being so popular, it is easier to just get you high or call you psychotic than to work to find out the real cause of illness.
- This woman should have been under chiropractic care much sooner. She was doing great, and God almost revived her life, but she got started too late.
We have had hundreds of cases where with chiropractic help; God has healed people of disease. But there have been others who die who waited too long before getting started or never even begin care. Waiting for disease often can be too late. Please get the ones you love to a chiropractor to have their spine and nerve system checked for damage or interference before a medical exam tells them they are going to die. Or before it doesn’t and is wrong.

THE ENERGY OF LIFE
The human experience! The little something that separates us from all other substances on the planet; that spark of energy that animates each cell of our body is LIFE! The inner intelligence, the higher consciousness that manifests itself, utilizes the intricacies of our brain and nerve system. Within each one of us is that personal energy that maintains us and allows us to adapt to our environment and resist dis-ease. Chiropractors call this energy “Innate Intelligence.” This energy carries us through our lives and allows us to express ourselves to the fullest potential.
This life force is given to us at conception. This innate intelligence utilizes the brain and the nerve system to control and coordinate the function of the body, just like the conductor uses the orchestra to make music. Spinal misalignment and nerve interference (vertebral subluxation) when present in the body, decrease the nerve energy (communication) from the brain to the body and from the body to the brain, a vital loop. Any disruption in this loop can cause what Chiropractors call “Dis-ease.”
“Dis-ease” is not necessarily a disease, it is the less than optimum functioning of your body, that left uncorrected can progress into the disease. Modern Chiropractic is the detection and correction of vertebral subluxation. Vertebral Subluxation interferes with the body’s Innate (inborn) Intelligence which is responsible for maintaining chemical, physical, and mental balance in the body. This process must also occur as the environment changes. Any interference with the spark of life that flows down from your brain through your nervous system is the concern of the Chiropractor.
Let’s not confuse Chiropractic with the diagnosis or treatment of any condition or disorder. If you have a spine and vertebral subluxation, you are a candidate for chiropractic care. Symptoms are not required in the process of detecting and removing vertebral subluxation. Proper nerve flow from an early age (birth) makes the most sense to those who understand the origins of true health. Chiropractors remove vertebral subluxations in those who desire a higher level of health and life. At the end of their lives, most people would give all they have to regain their health. Health once gone is difficult if not impossible to restore. Plan how to regain and maintain YOUR life’s energy!

THE POWER OF THE MIND TO HEAL
There are many hot topics in the press today relating to the mind-body connection. Many of us have read at least one article on the power of the mind to heal, not only on a physical level, but also on a spiritual level. Many patients say such things as, “If I think good thoughts I am sure I will heal,” and, “If I am positive, I know my body can do the job.”
The truth is, there are many research scientists and doctors in the world who literally have proven and shown scientifically the mind’s power to create healing.
Consequently, the issue with the mind-body connection is not so much can we prove it, it’s already a proven fact.
The question is: How do you think the mind get the information to the stomach to heal or to the kidney to overcome cancer. Many of you already have attended a new patient orientation and have heard the answer described.
All spiritual, physical, emotional and mind function has to travel through the nerve to create the healing.
The information that is coming from our spirit, through the brain, down through the spinal cord, out the nervous system and to the organ is how the healing process occurs. This is where chiropractic has a direct connection and can touch everyone physically, spiritually, and emotionally by removing the interference between the brain and the body.
The bottom line is, when the spine misaligns, vertebral subluxation occurs, which stops the communication from brain to tissue cell. The mind-to-body has to occur through that system. As we give chiropractic adjustments to you, your family and your friends, we are doing just that, removing the interference from mind to body or brain to body.

ARE YOU YOUR BODY?
God forbid some terrible accident befell you and you lost your arms, legs, eyes, and every organ that was not necessary for you to stay alive. Would you still be you?
You are not your body. You are the spirit that animates your body.
Life to a tissue or an organ comes from the nerves. Cut a nerve to the tooth and it dies. When the nerve supply to an arm is cut off it becomes lifeless. Compress a nerve to an organ and it slowly dies because it has many nerves.
The power which flows over the nerves is the power that you yourself are. The power that made the body, the power that heals the body, the power that caused you to be, God who created you.
A subluxation is a point of structural interference to the flow of a nerve, the flow of life, the power supply. A subluxation is a point of separation between you and what God intended of you and a “house divided will fall.”
When an adjustment is made and the nerve is released, the flow of creative LIFE goes back into your body and restores you to an unlimited being, your God-given potential.
You are the spirit. You are the Power. Not all of the Power, but the piece that God gave you, you are. Use it all. Use it wisely. No matter what problems come against you, they cannot have YOU.
Now the only limitation can be your mind.
